God Damned Country?

Barack Obama's spiritual leader of 20 years has faced recent media and public scrutiny, and in my opinion, rightfully so. Reverend Wright has made statements in reference to how America simply reaped what it sowed on 9/11 to the comment that  African Americans should not say "God Bless America", but "God Damn America."
In regards to his statement that America has reaped terrorism because America has sown terrorism, I would love to know if he feels the same way about the barrage of media scrutiny and public backlash that he has recently faced? I guess Reverend Wright, you got what you sowed.
Reverend Wright has fought in the armed forces. I'm wondering why he would fight to defend a God Damned country? I'm also wondering why Barack Obama is fighting to lead that same God Damned country that ironically has "In God we Trust" on our currency. What's his real agenda?
Reverend Wright in my opinion is a man that is driven by hate rather than love, love being the one that the Bible teaches is the "the greatest of these."  Maybe he should pick up his Bible? I'm sure one of his Nation of Islam bodygaurds is keeping it safe for him. Maybe he hasn't read the Bible, which is very likely considering he  must have graduated from the same seminary as his other peers in the African American Reverend community, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, both who probably don't own Bibles either because if they did I doubt that they would continue to preach hate and intolerance in an effort to remain in power.
The question remains, why, if Barack Obama does not believe or agree with what Rev. Wright is saying and "preaching" has he listened to him and attended his church for the past 20 years? Barack himself preaches unity, but feeds himself with hate? On top of that, why are people defending Barack as he distances himself from Wright? Is he going to distance himself for the United States when he deals with enemies to the United States? Does this explain his actions in relation to the War in Iraq? He continually brings up how he was always opposed to the War in Iraq. I guess since this is a God Damned country anyway and we got what we deserved on 9/11 that it would make sense to not stand up for the country he now is fighting to lead. Ironic or not?

I think that a President's hardest job is to unite this wonderful country. Based on what I know of Barack Obama I don't think that is at the top of his agenda. Lip service is one thing....decisions made over the past 20 years is another.
